NetDesk exists because remote access shouldn't mean handing your screen, your files and your trust to someone else's cloud. Tools like TeamViewer and AnyDesk are powerful, but they route your sessions through their servers and charge per seat. RustDesk proved a self-hosted model works — NetDesk takes it further with a first-class web client, an account and device system, and a polished desktop app.

• Private by default. End-to-end encryption is on out of the box, not an upsell.
• Open source. Every line is auditable. Trust is earned by transparency.
• Free for individuals. The core is free forever; teams pay for convenience, not for the right to connect.

Built for scale

NetDesk runs a stateless relay you can deploy on a $5 VPS or a fleet of them. It handles NAT traversal without port forwarding, survives reconnections, and streams hardware-accelerated H.264 at up to 1080p60.
