These Terms govern your use of NetDesk software and the optional hosted services provided at netdesk.space ("Service"). By downloading, self-hosting or using NetDesk, you agree to these Terms.
NetDesk's source code is provided under its open-source license. You may self-host, modify and use it, including commercially, subject to that license. The hosted Pro and Business services are provided under these Terms.
You may only use NetDesk to access computers you own or are explicitly authorized to administer. You must not use NetDesk to gain unauthorized access to any system, to distribute malware, or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, host passwords and 2FA secrets. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
The free Individual tier is provided as-is and may include session time limits and device limits. We may adjust free-tier limits with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetDesk disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
